At Miggo Bulgaria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

• Right of return
When purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.

• Product condition
Upon return, the product must be suitably packaged and accompanied by its original packaging, accessories, cables, instructions, and all other components received with it.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product when it results from use or handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

• Return costs
Direct transportation costs for returns due to exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the customer, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

• Defective or damaged product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, please contact us as soon as possible and send us information and photos/videos of the problem.

After reviewing the case, we will provide you with instructions for replacement, repair, refund, or other applicable solution.

• How to request a return
Before sending a product back, please contact Miggo Bulgaria through our "Contacts" page, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

Do not send a cash-on-delivery shipment to Miggo Bulgaria, unless this has been pre-arranged with us.
